We carry out thorough pre-departure checks to ensure safe navigation.

Safety and Insurance

Safety during delivery is our highest priority. We carefully check weather and sea conditions before departure and proceed only when it is safe to do so.

We are covered by insurance suitable for professional vessel delivery services, and we have a system in place to respond to unexpected problems.

Please note that standard pleasure boat insurance may not cover professional vessel delivery operations conducted by a third-party operator.

Responsibility for Trouble During Delivery

Problems during delivery may be caused by the condition of the vessel, or by navigation or operational decisions.

If the trouble is caused by the condition of the vessel, the related costs will be borne by the customer. If the trouble is caused by our negligence, it will be handled through our insurance coverage.

In each case, we will discuss the situation with the customer and respond appropriately.

Navigation Requirements
Pre-Delivery Confirmation

The vessel must have a valid vessel inspection certificate, and its approved navigation area must be suitable for the delivery route.

The hull and engine must be properly maintained and in safe, navigable condition.

If the approved navigation area does not cover the delivery route, a temporary inspection will be required.

The customer may arrange the inspection directly, or we may be able to assist with the procedure. Please contact us for details.

※ Inspection fees and related procedure costs will be charged separately.

Delivery schedules may change depending on weather and sea conditions.

Safety is our top priority, and we carefully consider weather and sea conditions before departure.

For this reason, please understand that we may not always be able to meet your preferred schedule.

Before delivery, we will check the condition of the vessel and may propose necessary maintenance or improvements.

Depending on the condition of the vessel, we may postpone the delivery schedule or decline the delivery in order to ensure safety.
